An audit is a written report on your website, delivered as a document plus a recorded walkthrough. It tells you what is stopping customers finding you, what is stopping the ones who arrive from getting in touch, and which fixes are worth doing first.

It is advice, not development work, unless you buy the implementation tier below.

Covers the search half of the journey: what people search for, how you appear on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, your business listings, structured data, review signals, and the pages you are missing.

Delivered within 2 working days of receiving your completed onboarding form.

Everything in the Find Audit, plus the whole journey through your site: where visitors drop off, why they hesitate, the specific change that removes each blocker, and a Now → Next → Grow roadmap.

Delivered within 3 working days of receiving your completed onboarding form.

Find → Convert Audit + Implementation: From £2,500

Everything in the Find → Convert Audit, plus the priority fixes designed and built on your existing site, two rounds of revisions, and 30 days of support after launch.

Scoped on a call and quoted at a fixed price before any work starts. You approve that price in writing first; it does not change afterwards unless you ask for something outside what was agreed. Typical delivery is 3–4 weeks.

Refund policy

If you have paid but I have not started, you can cancel at any time and get a full refund.

Each audit is written for your site alone, so once it has been delivered it can’t be refunded.

What I need from you

The onboarding form, and answers to any follow-up questions. Access to Google Analytics or Search Console is helpful but never required.

Turnaround times start when the completed form arrives, not when payment clears. If I don’t hear back for 30 days I will treat the job as paused and pick it up whenever you are ready.

You can reply with questions about your audit for 7 days after delivery, included. After that, email me anyway. I’d rather answer than leave a report half-used.
